We’re very happy that you want to test our gear! We hope that the system will fulfil your expectations and that it will prove itself worthy, but – as life goes – there are certain rules that should be followed in order for the deposit to happily make it back to your bank account.
We are able to partly or completely withhold your deposit in the following cases:

1. Mechanical damage
If the equipment comes back looking like it’s been in a firefight, then we have a problem. Any dents, cracks, significant scratches or other „souvenirs” may indicate a loss of the deposit.

2. Water overflow
Our hardware and water don’t mix – at all (unless of course we mean a specific model that is meant to be used in water ;)). If our gear comes back looking like it’s been diving, your deposit might regrettably be used to cover the costs of „drying”.

3. Extension of the testing period
Sometimes time flows faster than one thinks, and the equipment may miss its return „train” – we understand! However, if it would take an extended holiday and make it back too late, we might slightly reduce the deposit to cover the additional „leave costs”.

4. Incomplete equipment
Sometimes during hardware tests something might get lost, like a sock in the washing machine. However, if the set comes back without transmitters, receivers, microphones, reusable headphones, headsets or the transport case, we may withhold a part of the deposit to cover the costs of missing set components.

5. Packaging for shipping
Remember that our case is a part of the set – not the transport packaging! We do not want it to return with additional „tattoos” like delivery service labels or stickers. Pack the transport case in a suitable box or cover it with several layers of bubble wrap so that the case makes it back to us in the same condition that it reached you – without stickers or traces of the journey.
